Returns Policy


At Famous Garden UK, we pride ourselves in selling high quality products of which we hope you will be happy with but sometimes we understand that you may wish to return one of our products therefore we offer a 14 day calendar day return policy, this starts from the day the item is delivered which gives you confidence when ordering from our company.
The policy below includes faulty or unwanted items
If you need to return an item, we request that the item is unused and in the original packaging including labels and also the condition you received it in.
If you return an item that does not meet this criteria we will notify you immediately, if you are unsure or concerned about the item you are returning please email us first to discuss the matter. Once you have notified us within this period you have 14 days to ensure the item will be received by us.
We do not offer returns or exchanges after this 14-day period.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the above time frame where you will be given a Returns Authorisation number, which will also have the address of where to return the unwanted item and make sure that the item clearly has this returns number on the box

If you wish to return an item you will be responsible for the costs of return and it is essential that a “tracked” system is used.
We cannot be responsible for the item when a proof of delivery cannot be provided.
You can request from us for the goods to be collected and any costs will then be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the item has been received by us we allow 5 working days from once we have received the item to inspect the fault or damages and to check the item is as described above with regards to packaging and labels.
After this time, we will process the refund to your account or card or however the item was paid for initially please allow up to 5 days for this to reach your account.
Any discrepancies with regards to delivery, we need to be notified within 24 hours. Also, on acceptance if the packing is damaged please state this with your signature on the delivery sheet.
We cannot be responsible for missing items if the item has been left somewhere without your signature.
If your item is faulty, we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the damage has occurred during transit we will replace the item unless you have not stated the packing is damaged on the delivery sheet because then we are unable to claim from our insurance so please check the packaging on arrival of the item. So we can arrange a replacement Please report the fault or damage to us within 24 hours.
If the fault is a manufacturer fault we will replace the item immediately at our costs.
At Famous Garden UK, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our goods.
If our goods are used correctly, you should not have any problems apart form general wear and tear.
Therefore, we cannot accept a claim for any neglect of the item or misuse of the item.
Once an order has been accepted you the consumer loses rights to reject the item within 14 days. However, if the item has changed in any way or the use of the item continues and we have been notified.
Should you refuse delivery of an item, there will be  a return fee raised with cost to fit with the item ordered  this cost may  be deducted from the refund amount.
