I was a little apprehensive about buying from these guys. I called to ask for information they took the time to give me as much information as possible about the grill. After speaking with them I felt quite comfortable and ordered a grill. While I was waiting for it to be delivered I was wondering if I had done the right thing, This was a present for my elderly parents, when it arrived we unpacked it, assembled it and fired it up (tool kit included). The quality of the product and the service from the call to delivery was very good but the most important thing is my parents are absolutely delighted with it. Thanks guys for making their day
